If someone calls you a nigger, and you pummel them to a pulp, what have you gained? Many would say that they have taught them to never call anyone else a nigger, but that isn’t true at all. You may have taught them, out of fear, to never call another person a nigger TO THEIR FACE, or you may have just taught them to make sure they are better equipped to defend themselves the next time they do.
Now, if instead of kicking their ass, you have a graceful conversation with them, demonstrating to them why it is inappropriate for ANYONE to use this term referring to another person, and be an example of LOVE unto them instead of judgment, you have planted seeds of LOVE into them, thus giving way for them to bring forth the fruit of love.
Dan Snyder, owner of the Washington, DC NFL team is FINALLY considering to change the nickname of the team from the derogatory, racist slur they have long been known by. This is the issue with that though: his heart hasn’t changed. He is only doing so because of his fear of losing out on his major sponsors, and he wants to move the team into Washington from Maryland, but the mayor will not welcome them without a name change.
You see, most of the changes taking place in America behind the injustices done against “black” people, and other “people of color” are not a matter of repentance. Men’s hearts haven’t changed. People are making changes simply because they are fearful of the consequences of not making changes. Is fear what you really want from others, or would you prefer LOVE? The one who LOVES does no harm to his neighbor.
I choose to, in LOVE, offer extreme forgiveness. I AM one with the Father, and LOVE, thus I recognize that none of you, despite your claims to the contrary, know what you are doing. You have had no one to train you in the way you should go. So, you celebrate at these temporal concessions. Concessions which are only going to make humans more complacent. That complacency will only make it that much easier for the fear in all of your hearts to rise up again, but with more power, because everyone had more time to prepare their course of attack.
My Daddy, and any of you who knew my Daddy know he was a giant of a human, always told me he didn’t want anyone to fear him, because scared people kill. What is trivial to me, however, is how a religion claiming to serve God, which is LOVE, actually builds its doctrine around the idea that if you don’t follow their teachings, you will die and go to hell. So, who’s the real antichrist here, if Christ fulfilled the whole law by being Perfect LOVE?
