Belief is such a common concept, but it is not at all a mental exercise in reality. Just as it is written, “Faith without works is dead”, the work of true, living faith is Self-discipline. Whatever one truly believes is not just going to be talked about. It is going to be proven by what is done on a consistent basis.
Most are familiar with the adage that LOVE is an action word, but few realize just how much faith is also an action word. In fact, faith truly does work by LOVE. There is no way around it. Anyone who has faith in Self is going to operate in Self-LOVE, and Self-LOVE is a matter of showing up for Self consistently, even when you don’t feel like it.
LOVE is not a feeling. LOVE is a commitment, and LOVE is the power to do what many would deem impossible. The only way for Heaven to manifest in Earth is for faith and LOVE to work in tandem. When these two are married, quiting is not an option.
LOVE is put to the test by what I do. Though we are Divine BEINGS, the I AM that I AM is emanated in my consistent actions. Whatever I believe about myself is going to be revealed in how I treat myself. Whatever I believe about others is going to be revealed in how I treat them. This is the great commandment in simplicity. I AM to LOVE my neighbor as I LOVE myself.
If I believe I AM healthy, I AM going to LOVE myself by daily doing those things that healthy people do. If I believe Her Eminence is my Divine Feminine Reflection, I AM going to consistently give myself for her, communicate with her, and do for her as I do for myself. Thus, until a man LOVES himself, he is incapable of loving a woman.
My consistency of Self-mastery is the very key that unlocks all the magick of The Universe. Those who intend to do wickedness are often wiser in this than the children of the Kingdom. They practice rituals and routines that enable them to oppress the world. The only way for us to come out from under their spell is to LOVE ourselves more than they hate us.
This is the reason why revolutions falter. More attention is given to the enemies of the Soul than to the LOVE of the Soul. Unfortunately, most efforts for unity of cultures are not rooted in LOVE, but in fear. Once we come into perfect LOVE, we stop being distracted by what others may do to control us, and instead focus on what we believe about ourselves. It is no longer important to us who despises us, because we believe in ourselves, and that belief in Self inspires a LOVE that does not become weary in well-doing, knowing that we will reap whatever we believe, IF WE DON’T GIVE UP.
This is why the writer declares “Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance.” LOVE doesn’t change. Let us perfect our LOVE for ourselves, which becomes manifest in all of our behaviors.
