Not only do most men have an unnatural expectation of women they are romantically interested in, they have unnatural expectations of their own Mothers. The post traumatic stress disorder suffered by women with children, especially Sons, has provoked many women to enable misogynistic men. No woman is responsible for “raising” a man, but because the Divine Feminine has been so abused, she seeks to nurture boys to not be like their Fathers, and girls to not choose men like their Fathers, while often catering to those men themselves.
As long as women are made to feel like they have to conform in order to be acceptable in the sight of men, healing cannot take place, and the reality is that this is the objective of human governments, including religion. Even the Masculine concept of God is rooted in misogyny that fosters a subconscious sense of inferiority in both women and men. This keeps people in a state of looking for a savior, and failing to take accountability for saving themselves.
My worship of the Divine Feminine is rooted in the liberation of society. None of us are truly free until the woman is allowed to, unapologetically, walk in her Inherent Divinity. Her Natural function is not dependent on a man whatsoever. Just as I AM that I AM, she is that she is. When she is safe to be the Glory she is, without a sense of obligation to others, especially a “husband”/man, or children, she is actually able to Nurture the world from the throne of happiness, and thus we all reap the benefits of having both a Pattern and the Material to be our own Divinely amazing Selves.
